Our diverse Project Management team has experience in various building
projects from large residential to conventional construction projects.
KEITH M.
JURADO, President
Mr. Jurado graduated from
Auburn University in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Building
Construction. After one year with Metric Constructors, he obtained his
General Contractors License for the State of
Florida.
In 1988, Mr. Jurado was the developer of a large residential development
in northern
Hillsborough
County. In the early 1990s, he contracted various interior commercial
build-outs as well as various extensive remodeling projects for clients
such as GSA, Stewart Title Company and U.S. Customs. In the fall of 1995,
Mr. Jurado secured the first wireless communications project for E. M.
Enterprises General Contractors, Inc. and set the pace for high standards
and competence in the highly competitive world of telecommunications.
He currently oversees all the operations of E. M. Enterprises General
Contractors, Inc. which is currently licensed to do business in four
Southeastern states including
Florida.
SCOTT
E. LINEBAUGH, Vice President
Mr. Linebaugh graduated from
Auburn University in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Building
Construction. He gained experience as an Estimator with Taylor Woodrow
Construction Company for two years. He was then employed with Federal
Construction Company for five years initially as an Estimator and then as
a Project Engineer on two large Hospital Projects. He is licensed as a
General Contractor in the State of
Florida.
He joined E.M. Enterprises General Contractors, Inc. in 1996 as a Project
Manager. In 2003 Mr. Linebaugh was promoted to Vice President of EMEGC
and is currently responsible for general company operations as well as
estimating, budget pricing, and the project management of various design
and construction projects.
FRANK A. FERNANDEZ, Vice President
Mr. Fernandez began working
for Electric Machinery Enterprises in 1978 as an Electrician's helper and
completed Electric Machinery Enterprises four-year apprentice program in
1982. Mr. Fernandez then qualified for high voltage cable installation,
testing, splicing, and terminations. He held superintendent positions on
many commercial and industrial electrical projects throughout
Florida, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Mr. Fernandez
joined E.M. Enterprises General Contractors, Inc. in 2000 as a Project
Manager. In 2003 Mr. Fernandez was promoted to Vice President of EMEGC
and is responsible for general company operations as well as all
electrical work in wireless communication projects.
DON EMERSON, Senior Project Manager
Mr. Emerson began work in the
construction industry in 1986 as a residential carpenter and
superintendent for custom home remodel and new construction. In 1996, Mr.
Emerson was employed by E.M. Enterprises General Contractors, Inc., to
manage commercial tenant build-out. As a superintendent for EMEGC, he has
supervised over 400 cellular communication sites throughout
Central Florida. Mr. Emerson was promoted in January 1998 to
Project Manager and in 2003 to Senior Project Manager and is currently
responsible for project management duties associated with various carrier
projects. He is licensed as a General Contractor in the State of
Florida.
KEITH A. LEGG, Project Manager
Mr. Legg graduated from
Auburn University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations
Management and a Minor in Industrial Engineering. He worked in
electronics manufacturing for Lockheed Martin and Jabil Circuits prior to
joining E.M. Enterprises General Contractors, Inc. Mr. Legg was promoted
in 2003 to Project Manager and manages and performs the design of wireless
communications and construction projects.
DIMITRI PAPADOPOULOS, Electrical Project Manager
Mr. Papadopoulos completed Electric
Machinery Enterprises four-year Electrician's apprentice program in 1990.
He held a Leadman position on commercial and industrial electrical
projects. From 1995 to 2000, Mr. Papadopoulos held the position of
Assistant General Manager for Building Maintenance for Sodexso. In 2000
he joined E.M. Enterprises General Contractors, Inc. as an Electrical
Project Superintendent on Wireless Telecommunications projects. Mr.
Papadopoulos was promoted to Electrical Project Manager in 2003 and has
managed over 200 Mod Swaps and Cellular Telecommunications sites
throughout
Florida.
TED DOMEY, Senior Project Superintendent
Mr. Domey graduated in 1984
with honors from Lynn Vocational & Technical Institute in
Massachusetts. From 1986 through 1998 Mr. Domey has held the position of
Lead Carpenter on custom residential design to Project Superintendent in
the residential and commercial construction industry. His experience
spans from residential new home building, restoration, remodeling,
additions and custom residential remodeling to commercial remodeling. Mr.
Domey joined E. M. Enterprises General Contractors, Inc. in 1999 as
Superintendent. Ted was promoted in January 2003 to Senior Project
Superintendent and currently coordinates and supervises the construction
of EMEGC’s communication tower projects throughout the state of
Florida.
